Before Installation:

Jobsite foundation must be clean and level before installation. Moisture level does not exceed 5lb.per 1000 sq/ft. No claim will be accepted for any moisture over 5lb per 1000 sq/ft. Recommended maximum installation area does not exceed 60’ x 60’. 

Vis queen required for any installation direct to concrete.

During Installation:

Generally recommended that the long side of the plank is installed parallel to the long side of the work area. Start in the corner by placing the first plank with its trimmed side facing the wall, leaving about 1/4’’ space to the wall. Make sure the first three rows are straight and square as they are the base for the whole installation.

After Installation:

Quarter round don’t hold too tight on any floating flooring.

·Any viewable defect before installation will not be covered by our warranty.

·SPC Flooring is unfit for Raised House.

·Locking system may be damaged by roll chair or wheel chair if foundation not level.
